个人简介

白明义,2000年在山西农业大学本科毕业,2003年沈阳农业大学获得硕士学位,2007年在中国科学院植物研究所获得博士学位,然后在美国Carnegie Institution for Science做博士后研究,于20145月回到山东大学工作。现为山东大学齐鲁学者特聘教授,国家第五批"青年 千人"获得者山东省杰出青年基金获得者。主要从事激素调控植物生长发育和环境适应性的分子机制研究。近年来先后在Nature Communications, Plant Cell, New Phytologist等杂志发表多篇高水平的研究论文,在相关领域产生较大影响。现为山东大学威斯尼斯人老品牌副院长、山东大学植物发育与环境适应教育部重点实验室副主任、山东植物生理学会常务理事,植物学报编委

教学

主讲《植物生理学》,《植物生物学》,《生命科学导论》等专业必修课程,同时开设《植物激素》双语课程和参与《Topic in molecular genetics》的全英文课程讲授,每年平均课时48学时以上,讲授的课程受到学生的广泛好评。在研究生教学方面,按照因材施教和个性化培养理念,积极参与制定执行研究生培养计划,统筹安排实践与科研活动,培养研究生的创新意识和创新能力,开展创新性研究工作。指导的学生获得“山东大学优秀博士学位论文”和“山东省优秀博士学位论文”。

研究方向

白明义课题组主要以模式植物拟南芥和粮食作物小麦为材料,利用遗传学、生物化学、基因组学、蛋白组学等手段研究油菜素甾醇调控植物代谢及代谢分子信号转导,影响植物发育和环境适应的分子机理研究。具体来讲我们研究以下五个方面的内容:

1油菜素甾醇调控活性氧代谢影响植物发育和环境适应的分子机制

2)油菜素甾醇调控植物淀粉-糖代谢和糖信号转导的分子机制

3油菜素甾醇调控植物氮吸收、利用和信号转导的分子机制

4油菜素甾醇调控植物碳-氮平衡利用的分子机制

5)解析油菜素甾醇调控小麦株型和碳-氮平衡利用的分子机理,为培育高产优质小麦新品种奠定理论基础。
